House rules

Dear guests, 

In order to make you stay pleasant, please read and accept following information.
  • Accommodation in hotel Phoenix can only be used by customers checked in at the reception
  • Room entrance is possible from 13:00. Please leave the room by 12:00 at the day of your departure. Maintaining in room after 12:00 requires additional accommodation charge. In case of late departure please notify the reception by 10:00 at the day of departure.
  • If you would like to prolong your stay please notify the reception day earlier.
  • In case of a longer stay hotel invoice is charged every 7 days and remaining balance at departure. You can pay your invoice with cash or with credit cards (Visa, EuroCard/MasterCard, Diners club, American Express, Maestro).
  • Minibar is charged according to its price list at the reception.
  • Room visits are not allowed. Please use the areas of our lounge bar, lobby bar or restaurant for company and conversation with your guests.
  • Please close the door when leaving your room. Returning the room card to reception when leaving the hotel is not required. Please return the room card at reception when checking out. In case if you lose a room card, please notify the reception right away.
  • When checking out please make sure you didn’t forget anything. We are sending lost things to your address at your demand. We are keeping lost thing for one year and after that period we act according to regulations.
  • If your valuables, money and documents are not stored in your room safe with personal code, hotel does not take responsibility for eventual disappearance.
  • Please do not make noise which could incommode other guests in rooms, halls and other hotel guest areas, especially in between 22:00 and 8:00.
  • Entering easy flammable, exploding and uncomfortable scent materials is not allowed any hotel area.
  • According to the law of limited usage of tobacco products, smoking is not allowed in any public and closed hotel areas and violating these rules will cause a fine.
  • Washing, drying and ironing in rooms is not allowed. In case of such needs please use our hotel laundry.
  • Pension meals schedule:
             Breakfast      06:30 to 10:30
             Lunch            12:00 to 15:00
             Dinner           19:00 to 22:30
 
  • When cancelling your meal please notify the reception day earlier, lunch by 09:00 and dinner by 14:00. Otherwise, we will add the cost of not cancelled meal to your invoice. Breakfast is included in price and can’t be cancelled. You can order a lunch package 12 hours earlier.
  • Serving the breakfast in your room can by ordered by hanging the order on the door handle. On the order please mark desired food and beverages and time of service one day earlier and hang the order at the entrance door handle. For ordering additional meals please notify the reception. For every room service we will calculate additional 30,00 Kn of service charge.
  • Bringing and consuming your own food and beverages and ordering deliveries from caterings not part of our hotel to your room or any part of the hotel is not allowed according to the sanitary regulations.
  • Cooking or any kind of food preparation is not permitted in rooms.
  • We recommend you wear appropriate clothes in our restaurant.
  • Please don’t wear inappropriate clothes such as pajamas, underwear or bathing suit in hotel public areas. Walking without clothes in any hotel public areas is not permitted.
  • We don’t allow pets in our hotel. In case of a smaller dog with specific breed we will allow it with prior notification, additional payment and by following the house rules. In that case, please follow our house rule of not taking your dog to hotel eating areas or leaving your pet without supervision in hotel public areas.
  • In case of some breakdown or faults in your room or eventual dissatisfaction with our service please notify the reception immediately.
  • Please take care of room inventory appropriately. All purposely made property damages while your stay will be charged to your invoice.
  • Before leaving your room please check if you had turned off the water in bathroom.
  • Any eventual complaints of individual, travel agency or guests with contracts will be considered only if they are reported in time of your stay in hotel. We will not accept any late complaints.
  • All the room inventory (such as pillows, blankets, towels or those alike) are provided for you while you stay in hotel and it is not allowed to take it outside of hotel.
  • Please personally sign all the invoices of all our hotel services.
